Second semester, yes!

First of all, I had a great Christmas break. I was busy all the time, and I had the most all-out to-do-list workout ever. And so, just to update without really having an update, here's sample of things I did/accomplished over the past few weeks:

Catalina Coffee House (Redondo Beach), Omelette & Waffle Shop (San Pedro), last semester's update, investigated failed printer, wrote NHM about job search, went to the SEA Lab in King Harbor to find job opportunites, found leads and took a tour, renewed passport, sent in absentee voter application, fixed headphone jack on computer, cooked, read, went on a short road trip (Pacific Grove, CA), ran, made cookies, got some scenery, watched football, movies, and the Rose Parade, hiked up Mt. Waterman with my dad, shopped a bit, got loads of books and yarn, ate lots of fruit and good food, and pretty much did EVERYTHING that's been sitting around waiting to get done for a while. With no real difficulties or drama. And I got all sorts of good stuff - music, reading material and so on - to make this semester even more comfy.

And really, so much more. (Coffee! Did I mention coffee?) Super fantastic!

Incidentally, the SEA Lab or something like it would check every box I had for this summer and then some. Learning opportunites, teaching, marine life, close to home and a 20-minute bike ride to work every morning. It would be amazing if this works out.

Talk to you soon!
